We also contact 1,050 colleges and universities daily to discover what jobs are open, so we carry numerous jobs you won't find anywhere else: The majority of the 12,575 jobs we list are not shown on the other jobs sites. You can't afford to miss out on these job openings in your field.

Of course, we give you all the usual benefits of Advanced Search Techniques, Search Agents, Email Notification, CV posting, and so forth. But the main reason to sign up with us is simply that we maximize your chance of finding a job by alerting you to more and different job vacancies than anyone else.

  2. My Academic Association already posts jobs, so why do I need All University Jobs?

Associations charge to list jobs, so only a portion of new jobs - 13% to 29% - are posted on association sites. Since All University Jobs lists jobs for free, we show you a much better selection of job opportunities than anyone else.

  3. I can find jobs at other higher education job sites, so why do I need All University Jobs?

Only a portion of new jobs are posted on these sites, since they charge to list jobs and there are many other job sites. Since All University Jobs lists jobs for free, we show you a much better selection of job opportunities than anyone else.

What's my best strategy for finding jobs?

  1. What is the best way to stay informed about positions listed on All University Jobs?

First, register as a Free Member. Try a few Keyword searches to determine the best way to target the opportunities of interest to you. Second, save relevant searches as Search Agents so you can use them again without having to re-enter the search parameters. Third, as you save these Search Agents, designate them for daily or weekly Job Alert email notifications.

  2. What is the advantage of using more than one Search Agent?

You can set up as many Search Agents as you wish. Search Agents can be customized to your needs, such as by type of position(s) or geographic area(s). You can add additional Search Agents or change existing Search Agents at any time by visiting the All University Jobs website.

  3. How often should I check the All University Jobs website for job listings?

If you receive email Job Alerts of new position listings targeted to your interests, you may not need to visit the All University Jobs very often. Password Questions

  1. I have not received confirmation of my registration with the password. What should I do?

Registration confirmations and assigned passwords are sent out immediately upon your submission of valid registration information. Most users receive them within a few minutes. If you have not received your confirmation and assigned password, there could be a number of reasons.

    • If you have your email account set up to receive email only from specified senders, you will need to add All University Jobs to that list.

    • The spam control filters at some email service providers misclassify legitimate emails as spam. If your email service provider puts those messages in a spam folder, check to see if the messages from All University Jobs are there. If you mark them as "Not Spam" you should receive emails from us in the future without that problem.

If you have not received your registration confirmation and password within a few hours, please notify us at info@alluniversityjobs.com and let us know how we can get in touch with you.

  2. How do I change my password?

To change your password, after you log in, click Personal Info on the left hand navigation menu. In the password field on the Personal Info page, enter and confirm your desired new password.
